Nikko, Tochigi, Japan｜Kappou Ebisuya

The place is a hidden gem - their Yuba Kaiseki is an absolute wonder. Nicely presented, we went during one of the quieter days and very much enjoyed the dining experience. Don't come and rush through the food - they are best enjoyed at a comfortable pace.

Though just walked in by chance, we are so impressed by her fantastic ゆば　dishes😋😋😋
