One of the best Udon restaurant in the central Shizuoka area. Both noodle and soup are perfect and the skill to control noodle's toughness is remarkable. There are also variety of attractive izakaya and sake menu.

The delicious udon noodles live up to their reputation. It's the traditional smooth noodle type, but with thin noodles. When I took a bite, I almost cried out, ``Wow, this is delicious!!'' Both the tempura bowl, chicken tempura, and burdock tempura were delicious. There were people in front of me who ordered tempura separately, but I was satisfied! There's a long wait even at 11am on weekdays. I waited for about 20 minutes.

I had chicken tempura udon, oyster udon, and oyster egg rice. The soup stock is delicious! Unfortunately, the tuna bowl in the posted photo was no longer on the menu, but the oyster egg rice with dashi soup was very delicious 😋
