Yakumo Rukawa is from the famous Hirokoshi group in Hiroshima. I've been there several times before, but I've never tried the famous rinsinabe, so this was my first time ordering it! Starting with the appetizers and making seasonal fish, everything looked as delicious as it looked, and of course the rinsing hotpot was so delicious that I wondered why I hadn't tried it before! As well as the special dipping sauce, the staff will make it for you, so I think that kind of special feeling is also part of the fun ✨ Not only the price of the food, but also the customer service and attentiveness is amazing, especially the manager's response! Excellent experience, delicious from start to finish (shabu-shabu and fish menu in the evening). Exceptional welcome, no menu in English, but possible with online translation and the patience of the waitresses. Price around 15,000 for 2 people, but largely justified by the quality of the meal and the service. Pleasant and intimate setting.

There are shabu-shabu (called susuginabe in this restaurant) and special selections. No less. Specially selected and delicious.
