Mihara, Hiroshima, Japan｜和食処 登喜将

I had "Mihara's octopus and seasonal fish kaiseki" with the Sea Spica plan! We had a variety of octopus dishes, and they were all delicious! What's more, the food came out smoothly and there was plenty of time for Sea Spica to leave the port, so the time allocation was perfect, so it was the perfect combination! It's voluminous and even men will be satisfied! !

The octopus dishes are very delicious. Among them, octopus pot rice has an outstanding taste. The rice used is also carefully selected, and even though it has crisp grains, it absorbs all the flavor of the octopus! It was a course where you could enjoy everything from the soft boiled octopus to the sashimi, the taste of the stewed octopus, the texture, and the aroma. This is a restaurant I would like to visit again when staying in Mihara. Sake is available from all over Japan, mainly from breweries in Hiroshima.

The octopus satisfaction course costs ¥6,000, so it seems expensive. Other courses are around ¥2,000. There is no doubt that octopuses are native to Mihara, but at the moment we are not catching many octopuses (there are fewer of them). The owner is a quiet person.
