A Chinese restaurant that I have been going to for over 25 years. This restaurant was introduced in Takasaki no Zeppen. Although it is not on the menu recently introduced on TV, I recommend the black sesame mapo tofu. B set shoyu ramen I had the shrimp fried rice! The taste is delicious and the volume is perfect. The cost performance is great. Soy sauce ramen noodles are thick. After reading the reviews, I decided on this menu, but I was surprised to find out that the price was 790 yen, which was lower than what I had seen in the reviews. Does that really happen? The ramen looks like a simple, old-fashioned Chinese soba, but when you eat it, the impression changes. The soup is thicker than it looks, and the medium-thick curly noodles go well together. The fried rice has a gentle flavor with chunky shrimp, and the corn creates a fun texture. It's an undeniable masterpiece, and the price is way too low considering how satisfying it is. The menu is extensive, and although I imagine it to be a restaurant that is constantly evolving through trial and error, rather than a small town Chinese restaurant that preserves good old food. I'm really curious about the ``braised oysters on rice.'' It's not something that is guaranteed to be delicious. I'm sure I'll visit again.
