・Taiwanese restaurant in Takasaki City. I came here on the recommendation of the hotel staff. I ordered rouleau rice, boiled eggs, and boiled dumplings. I've eaten roulou rice from Taiwan, mainland China, and Japan, and it's quite delicious. The best ever. They intentionally do not use five-spice powder. At first it feels unsatisfying, but by the end you can't hold your chopsticks in place. Boiled dumplings have an authentic taste, for better or for worse. It's a bit of a bummer, but the store and nearby alleys still have a Showa era atmosphere, and have been used as filming locations for movies and TV dramas many times. Inside the store, there are many autographed colored papers and photos taken on location. I feel like giving it 6 stars.
