Tochigi, Japan｜Seito Shuka

I visited for the first time on Saturday for lunch. The balance of flavors was good. It's quite far from here, but it's a store I want to visit often.

A long-established Sichuan Chinese restaurant in Tochigi City. Each item was delicious. Tandan noodles are also at a level that can be served as a specialty store. It was a restaurant with excellent spiciness and flavor.

This is one of the oldest and most delicious authentic Chinese restaurants in the prefecture. It's a special store that I have fond memories of as my parents have taken me there on many occasions since I was little. Now that I live outside the prefecture, I don't eat here often, but I still visit the store every time I get the chance. Great customer service, and everything is delicious. This time, it was lunch. There is a wide variety of lunch menus, but my personal favorites include Kata Yakisoba, Eight Treasure Vegetables, Gomoku Fried Rice, Mapo Tofu, Salt Stir-Fried Shrimp, and Green Pepper Meat Stir.
