Kanuma, Tochigi, Japan｜中華料理 嘉蒂

The set meals are large, so it might be fun to eat while sharing. There is no exception in general.

This is a restaurant that I entered in a hurry because I could not make a reservation at a nearby restaurant. The shop is opened by a person from China. Customers are local Chinese women and men. The Japanese is reasonably good, and the customer service is very polite. The taste is based on the taste of the Japanese, but it expresses the authentic Chinese taste. I had white sake, mapo tofu, stir-fried cashew nuts, and sweet and sour pork. It has just the right amount of oiliness that goes well with shirozake, and the seasoning that isn't too strong is highly rated. The spiciness of mapo tofu was also nice. I ate ramen at the end, but the soup stock is a little subtle. However the noodles were very good. Drinking and eating is about 3000 yen per person, which is a very reasonable price. This is a store that seems to be more enjoyable if there are more types of white sake.

I went to try the new menu item the other day, and it was really delicious. 👍
