He is originally from China, but since he became naturalized and has lived in Japan for over 30 years, he seems to be a Japanese who is fluent in Chinese. The friendly owner, who has a big voice and a big body, and is very service-oriented, and his smiling wife, create a cozy atmosphere. It's a Chinese tavern, and the food is delicious and plentiful. The owner's recommendation is "dried tofu"! It was my first time eating it and I was really impressed. It was perfect for drinking. It is reasonable to order various things such as char siu, fried shrimp, shrimp chilli, etc. and drink a lot. All delicious. Utsunomiya's specialty gyoza was also delicious compared to other famous restaurants. My only regret was that I forgot to order the mapo tofu. If I have a chance someday, I'd like to go eat there.
