Been a fan for over 30 years. Sano ramen with an old-fashioned gentle taste! Although it is not appealing, I think that the noodles are handmade by the master every day. Today is summer vacation, so I took the Tobu train from Funabashi in Chiba for the first time in a while and went to eat. When I talked to his wife, it seems that this year will be 53 years since he opened the shop. The first time I visited was 37 years ago. Delicious ramen as usual. Even though it's light, it's packed with pleasant sweetness and umami! A large serving of 600 yen is a lot! If it is a normal store, it may be 2 servings. I feel full and happy. When I try to eat ramen, there is no char siu, but does the taste look strong? I thought, but it wasn't too thick and had just the right amount of flavor.
