Sano, Tochigi, Japan｜麺屋 翔稀

2023.5.4 In the middle of Golden Week, I wanted to eat Sano Ramen on the way back from Ashikaga Flower Park, so I got off at Sano Station. I was about to give up because everywhere else was closed, but I ended up here. There was a queue in front of the store, but I had time until the next train, so I decided to wait. I was able to enter the store without having to wait that long. Ramen made with moderately curly flat noodles and a soup that is gentle on the body. It was very delicious.

I wanted to eat Sano Ramen, so I stopped by on a whim. The store operates on a meal ticket system. The ramen has a light soy sauce-flavored soup and chewy curly noodles, and the toppings are very simple. It felt like Sano Ramen and was very delicious.

It's close to Sano Station, so it's easy to access. The dumplings are quite large and delicious. The ramen is refreshing and not too strong.
