Sanmamen is a stable deliciousness. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in town. The retro exterior and retro interior are irresistible. This time I had Cantonese ramen and fried rice. The bean paste on top of the ramen is thinly battered and deep-fried with shrimp and pork. The soup is a nostalgic type with soy sauce. It's not too light, it's just the right feeling, not too rich. The noodles are thin and straight, and they go well with the soup. Fried rice, on the other hand, is very simple, and the ingredients are only eggs, grilled pork, and green onions. I think it's seasoned with salt, pepper, and a little bit of sugar. It is an easy-to-eat dish that is not persistent and has just the scent of pepper. When it comes to gomoku fried rice, shiitake mushrooms are added, and the umami increases. Cantonese cuisine is my specialty, so there is no mistake in the ankake system. They also deliver to the neighborhood, so I'm happy in this day and age. There are no tatami mat seats in the store, so it may not be suitable for dining with small children. Even after my father passed away, I am very happy that my son has taken over the taste and continues the shop.

As of 2023/11/01 The store has been closed since last month. I'm worried about what happened. Iwata's hidden gem The previous owner's son is now in the kitchen, but he maintains the same taste as his predecessor. When in doubt, order fried rice or ramen. Cats sometimes peek out from the living space at the back of the kitchen. If you turn around to the parking lot side, if you're lucky, a cat will see you off and greet you (often sleeping).
