Specifically, it has a very gentle natural flavor. I felt that the flavor of the vegetables was strong. The jiggling wood ear mushrooms are also wonderful. The shrimp are also delicious. The soup has a mild flavor. Do the noodles look like medium-thin noodles? It wasn't super thin. The taste, the atmosphere, the customer service...I had a very pleasant meal.
