But the taste is monotonous. I added an accent by hanging black pepper on the table. The ramen contains wakame seaweed, and it has a strong taste despite its appearance. However, it tasted like the nostalgic soup that I ate well in the Showa era. The noodles are low in water and have a firm texture. My favorites here were the red charcuterie with a rim that was comparable to Chinatown, hard noodles, macaroni salad, and the dressing I liked.
