Went on a Sunday, waited for more than an hour but it was worth it. Big and tasty gyoza, one of the best I've had in Japan. Be there early because they stop receiving customers once their gyoza runs out.

Around 11:30 for weekday lunch, there were 6 groups waiting and we waited for about 15 minutes. Numazu gyoza is delicious. The order is a regular bowl of rice, which is the size of a gyoza, for 1,268 yen. Medium size dumplings are 8 pieces. They look a little different from regular gyoza, like boiled dumplings, with soft skin and a chewy texture. This is because the method of making it is boiling it after baking it. The seeds are meaty and hearty. 8 pieces is enough to satisfy you.
