Chinese restaurant in town. The ramen is delicious and I've been addicted to going there lately. The ramen is light with chicken broth, and the noodles are thin and straight with a nice texture. Furong crab uses small shrimp instead of crab, but it's delicious. I also had omelet rice, and it tasted nostalgic. Other than that, everything in the pictures and the food is delicious. Another reason I'm addicted to it is that the lady at the store is so nice. However, if you arrive about 30 minutes before closing and the owner is drinking highballs and eating appetizers, the noodles won't be cooked properly, so I recommend getting there early.

I've been a fan ever since they opened a store here. A friendly, family-run shop. Everything is delicious and reasonably priced. This is the best Chinese restaurant for me. The shopkeepers are also getting older, and sometimes the shop closes before closing time. Also, the menu may be limited on weekends and holidays.

I came here while sightseeing around Akashi Castle because it had good reviews and seemed cheap. When you arrive at the store, you will be greeted warmly by a grandmotherly clerk, and two elderly clerks will be cooking the food in the kitchen. I decided on the meat rice ramen set because it was cheap at 700 yen including tax. When I heard ``meat rice,'' I was imagining something like a stamina bowl with sweet and spicy stir-fried pork belly, but when I arrived, I was surprised to find out that it was a Chinese bowl with pork. Are both the ramen and the bowl half-sized?Are they a bit small? I thought so, but the ramen had plenty of noodles and was filling. Both the ramen and meat rice had the easily recognizable flavors of THE/Chinese and were very delicious.
