A Chinese restaurant located north of JR Motomachi Station, along the Yamate Main Line, between Tor Road and Koikawasuji. The place where "Restaurant Patu" (moved to Azabu) used to be. Open October 10, 2022. The owner-chef, Wang Kaishou, will serve as the head chef of "Kenmin Dining" until 2021 and become independent in 2022. The grilled rice noodles on the menu use Kenmin's grilled rice noodles. I went to "Chinese Cuisine Kaimatsu" near Kencho-mae Station in Hyogo Prefecture. It is along the Yamate trunk line around the mountain side of the east exit of JR Motomachi station. It seems that there used to be a French restaurant called "Patu". The restaurant name "Kaimatsu" comes from the name of the head chef, Wang Kaimatsu. He is qualified to cancel the limited express and served as the head chef of Kenmin Dining for a long time. This image is from the plum course (6,600 yen). Business hours are 11:00-14:30, 17:00-21:30. Regular holiday is Thursday, but it seems to be open if it overlaps with a public holiday. There are 30 seats in total, including 10 private rooms.
