I have eaten at many Chinese restaurants in Japan, and this restaurant is the best in Tokyo. Unlike many other Chinese restaurants where all the dishes have the same taste and are misleading, every dish at this restaurant really is carefully considered and cooked, and I haven’t stepped into any trap yet.
