This is the closest Chinese Dan Dan noodle you could have in Hiroshima unless you travelled to SiChuan, China otherwise. It does offer an authentic taste of it with full of peanut and Chinese pepper flavours. To make it spicier, you may consider to add some more Chinese peppers and chilli oils. This is a damn jolly good place when you get sick with mono tones of Japanese foods. By the way, I am not Chinese as some may see I am biased in this space.
