I visited [Chinese Restaurant Fuku no Ie] in the afternoon on a weekday. Although the lunch peak has passed, customer traffic continues to be around 40-50%. Too bad...Well, I was debating between my next choice, [Tandanmen] or [Spicy Fuku Ramen], so I decided to order the [Spicy Fuku Ramen Set Meal]. The menu I ordered arrived after a short wait. I've never ordered noodles at this restaurant, and this is actually my first time meeting them...maybe it's my first time pairing them with noodles? Many of the reviews mention [Fukunoya Ramen], [Spicy Fuku Ramen], and [Tandanmen], and all of the noodles look delicious. The ramen that arrived was packed full of ingredients and seemed to be very filling. It looks like [bean sprout ramen], [Viet Cong ramen], or a modest [Jiro-style ramen], and you can get more vegetables than you might imagine. When I tried it, it looked like stir-fried chive bean sprouts, but the shimeji mushrooms were also stir-fried, giving it a sense of originality. Since it is an ingredient in [Spicy Fuku Ramen], the spiciness increases your appetite and is very delicious! The spiciness ranges from 1 to 4 spiciness, but since it was my first time, I chose 1 spiciness! Therefore, the ramen soup has a very nice flavor and the balance of spiciness and umami is a perfect match.
