I'm already captivated by Ichirin. This time, I ordered black oolong tea, large shrimp chili tama sauce, mapo tofu with plenty of chili pepper, Tenshin rice, and 4 grilled gyoza for ¥4,920. No matter what time I come, I'm always impressed by the chance to experience new deliciousness. The large shrimp chili tama sauce contains 5 shrimp so large that you can't eat them in one bite, and the egg is combined with a sauce full of flavor and spiciness to create a mild and impressive shrimp chili tama sauce that reminds you of Western food. This is the first time I've tasted Tenshin rice, which uses oyster sauce and has a deep flavor. Mapo tofu is spicy yet full of flavor. Gyoza is No.1 in Gifu Prefecture. Simply put, it's delicious.
