It's a long-established Chinese restaurant. It's along Miyakodori, so you can easily find it. I think this is probably the only restaurant in Gifu that serves Ebito noodles. Shrimp soup noodles. . . Pronounced as “Charentanmen” It's commonly known as ``shrimp soba.'' It is a popular Chinese food menu in the Kanto and Kansai regions, but it is rarely seen in this region. ``Tori Soba'' is a representative Chinese noodle dish along with chicken soup noodles (chisu tanmen). Delicious no matter when you eat it! Soft, round, thin noodles topped with juicy shrimp and plenty of simmered vegetables such as bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, green vegetables, carrots, and Chinese cabbage. There are lots of shrimp (about 5?) in it, so I'm very happy. With each bite, the natural flavor and sweetness of the shrimp and the refreshing flavor and texture of the vegetables, combined with the elegant clear water soup, will cause a rush of dopamine in your brain. . . . Euphoria. . . Both the soup and the bean paste are delicate and light, which is unique to elegant Chinese cuisine, so the original flavor of all the ingredients stands out. The soft and elegant bean paste mixes well with the ingredients and noodles, making it irresistible. I don't really like the expression "gentle taste," but this is exactly what it feels like. I heard that the first owner was trained in Kansai. . . . I see Dishes like these that utilize only the flavor of the original Chinese water (chintang) and white water (paitan) are rare in this region. In particular, the people of Tokai eat miso cutlet, miso stewed udon, Vietnamese ramen, Tai◯ ramen, dan dan noodles, red hot pot, and spaghetti with ankake sauce. . . I like extreme flavors such as intensely dark, sweet, and spicy. As someone who has lived in Kansai for a long time, it feels a little strange. Dishes with subtle and delicate seasoning that bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients are not very popular. In that sense, stores like this are valuable. The fried chicken is also super delicious! The size is moderate, but it has the classic Chinese flavor. The fried quality is exquisite, and the thigh meat inside is soft and fluffy! It's so juicy that the juices may squirt out when you bite into it, so be careful. It's my favorite I always think about it, but as I eat more and more, I feel sad when I see the noodles running out in the bowl. I want to keep eating it forever. . . There aren't many food shops that make you feel like that. I want to eat it, but it's too bad that I'll finish it. It's that kind of shop The inside of the store is also unique. Each table seat is separated by a high partition, so you can enjoy your meal in peace as if you were in a private room. On the other hand...it's hard to tell if there's a vacant seat or not (lol) It may also be good for preventing infectious diseases. There is a garage-type covered parking lot on the south side of the store, at the northeast corner of the intersection of “Senjudo” (Tetsumei-dori 7) on Miyako-dori. I also appreciate that it's open until late at night. There is a very famous gyoza shop called ◯sho-san right next door, and the gyoza at this shop are also exquisite! The vegetables in the toppings are coarsely ground, and the crunchy texture and flavor are irresistible. You can use various pay and cashless methods.

A long-established Chinese restaurant. delicious. Double pot meat, fried chicken, and large rice are the best choices. It's hard to get in at first, but once you go, it's easy. Unlike other Chinese dishes, it is easy to eat without feeling heavy on the stomach. A strong Chinese restaurant is delicious at the beginning, but it gets tough in the second half, but this place is delicious until the end.

It's a pity that the entrance is so hard to enter. Because it tastes good. I ordered the double pot meat and gyoza. It was delicious! The twice-cooked meat is a seasoning that goes great with rice. The dumplings are small and tasteless. The atmosphere of the shop is homey. I want to come again. Lunch 11:00 ~2:00 Evening 5:00~12:00 There are 7 dedicated parking lots along Tozai Dori
