I received the noodle rice set (changed to dandan noodles for an additional 100 yen). The tandan noodles weren't too spicy, and when I put the soup in my mouth, it was creamy, and then the spiciness gradually came on, giving it a deep, deep flavor. I drank all the soup with the very delicious dandan noodles. The fried rice has a light taste and falls apart easily, which is also delicious. I put the fried rice on the astragalus and soaked it in a little bit of the tandan noodle soup, and it was really delicious.

The store used to be a renovated truck-like vehicle, but about a year ago it changed into a more formal store. This time I had the Dandanmen lunch (1100 yen including tax). This lunch set comes with Dandan noodles, rice, and almond tofu. Dandan noodles consist of bok choy (cut into quarters lengthwise), minced meat, and finely chopped green onions on top of a thin, almost white, orange soup. When you taste the sesame-scented soup, the mild sesame flavor spreads in your mouth. It doesn't have the tongue-stinging spiciness that is typical of tandan noodles, but instead has a creamy taste with a slight spiciness. The noodles are curly noodles. I don't like this expression, but I would like to say that the noodles go well with the soup. The spiciness is so mild that even my wife can enjoy it. The almond tofu has a consistency similar to that of a hard pudding, but it also has a smooth finish, so you won't have any complaints until the end. It was delicious. (By the way, for me, CoCo Ichi's curry is 2 spicy, and Makotoya's red spicy beef bone is medium spicy.) There are also daily lunch specials and Tenshinhan lunches, so you can continue to look forward to the future. There are only about 5 parking spaces, and it gets crowded around lunchtime.

The soy sauce ramen here is simple but exquisite. The soup stock is probably made from chicken bones, and although it is a deep soup, it is so light that you can drink it all. You can't go wrong with miso ramen, Tenshin rice, or almond tofu!
