Used for lunch. "Kaikatei" in Gifu City. A master of Chinese cuisine that attracts gourmets from all over the country. However, the founder and the founder's second son moved to Tokyo. Gifu is managed by the eldest son. I ordered Dandan noodles without soup. Seafood fried rice, black vinegar sweet and sour pork, and grilled gyoza. Dandan noodles without soup (1100 yen) are spicy and delicious. The Japanese pepper is really effective and makes me sweat. Seafood fried rice (1,100 yen) has plump shrimp. Crab meat is crumbly in the rice. Gradually delicious seafood. Black vinegar sweet and sour pork (2,640 yen) is tender pork and crunchy vegetables. It's good, but it feels like an extension of town Chinese food. The grilled gyoza (1,100 yen) is small and fluffy. It has a flavor that probably contains something like coriander. This is also good, but it feels like an extension of town Chinese food. The soupless dandan noodles and seafood fried rice are good value though. The black vinegar sweet and sour pork and grilled gyoza seem expensive. But it can't be helped. There are 2 to 3 waiters in a small restaurant. There are also three people working in the kitchen. It's because of high service and high quality materials.
I ate lunch. Tianjin rice is the best I've ever eaten. The uniquely sweet ankake and the refreshing egg are a perfect combination. It's a shame that the portion feels so small because it's so delicious (lol) I also recommend the fried rice with plump shrimp that I ate last time.
