Nagaoka, Niigata, Japan｜中華三昧

In Nagaoka, there aren't many restaurants open after 23:00, even though it's Saturday, so I went to Chuka Zanmai because I really wanted to eat ramen! But... I was intrigued by mapo rice and ordered mapo rice and soy sauce ramen! ! The mapo of the mapo rice was like potato starch, but the ramen was stupid! I can't believe I can meet the ramen version of Osaka's kasu udon in a place like this! There was also yakiniku, but this combination is too great for closing! However, I can't recommend beer because the server was too careful, but I think it's a bottled beer. Even if I look at it in total, I would like to repeat it when I come to Nagaoka next time!

I stopped by at teamR's year-end party. It was a shop with a good atmosphere and a fairly old shop. I ate normal ramen, but it was a taste I had never eaten before. I quite liked. Is it similar to Aoshima Ramen?
