Nagaoka, Niigata, Japan｜MABO KAIKAN Kitanagaoka

I underestimated it as an eat-in corner It was so delicious! I ordered black mapo noodles and gyoza among the 5 types. The spicy mapo was nicely entwined with the noodles, and the tofu was plump. It's delicious to eat gyoza with mapo!

I ate the mabo noodles.The mabo noodles were well made and delicious. Next time I would like to try Aomabo.

I had it with Shingekikara Mapo Noodles (with extra chili oil). This is a deep and sophisticated masterpiece of mapo. My impression is that the numbness is superior to the spiciness.
