A restaurant with a calm atmosphere on the 9th floor of Omiya Sogo I arrived at 2:30pm on a weekday, so it was empty and I was able to relax and enjoy my meal while drinking beer. I also use a tablet to replace the rice, pork soup, and cabbage. It depends on the person, but the customer service of the clerk who dealt with me was very good.

It's great that you get free refills not only for rice and cabbage, but also for pork soup. You can choose the amount of refills from large, medium or small. At first we had hot tea, but since it was hot outside, they also provided us with cold tea. The other staff members were also very nice.
