Highly Recommended!! Best tonkatsu you can find! The restaurant is a small place and a little hard to find (Google maps helped me). The owner is very friendly and chatty (and he is trying to learn Chinese, how cute is that!) We had the signature tonkatsu and the curry tonkatsu for that night and the bill is only ¥1900. Super affordable! The tonkatsu is on point. Perfectly fried with a nice, crisp breaded exterior to a succulent pork within. The thickness of the tonkatsu is also very generous. The curry tonkatsu is probably one of the best Japanese curry I ever had. It is not too thick or spicy. Definitely will be back here if I would you visit Aizu Wakamatsu again.

A must visit for a change of tast. The sauce is sour and the pork is soft and perfectly crispy. Deffinately recommend.

I totally forgot the take a picture, but my husband and I are some really great chicken and cheese katsu! It's one of the only areas that does a chicken version, which is great for people who can't or don't eat pork! This chicken katsu was filled with a cheese, cut into bite sized pieces and served alongside pickles vegetables, cabbage, some noodles, rice, and miso soup. The food was very filling! It's served with a tea, but water is also available. The owner is a very nice man, very kind and prompt with food service. Also don't forget to try the katsu sauce, which is very famous here in Aizuwakamatsu! It's in a little teapot near the edge of the table, and tastes like a sweet BBQ almost.
