Located 2 minutes walk from Hiyoshicho Station. The exterior of the store has a stylish wooden door design and chic black walls. The interior is decorated with sake barrels inherited from a centuries-old sake brewery, giving it a nice atmosphere that doesn't look like a tonkatsu restaurant. Established in 1969, it has been inherited from the previous generation to its current location. Weekday lunches are in the 1,000 yen range, regular tonkatsu is in the 2,000 yen range, and Tokugin is a high-quality tonkatsu with even higher quality meat and prices in the 3,000 to 4,000 yen range and even more. A pleasant shop with good customer service and hospitality from the owner and staff. This time I ordered the Tokugin loin, which has improved quality and quantity. ■Special pork loin 3744 yen The batter is large and crunchy, and the loin is deep-fried to a beautiful golden brown.It's moist without being dry, and the fat is sweet. It's juicy when you bite into it, but it's delicious to the last bite. Ross, I ate a regular meal on a weekday. The tempura and meat were tender and delicious. The atmosphere is nice and very friendly. I recommend it.
