This tonkatsu was so juicy.

I came here for the first time after hearing from people around me that Tonkatsu is delicious. The inside of the restaurant was spacious, and I was able to feel the warmth of the wood on the ceiling and eat in a relaxed atmosphere. The clothing is so well thought out that it becomes addictive. I ordered a large serving of rice, and at first I enjoyed the taste of the tonkatsu without any sauce.I was worried about the tonkatsu sauce and Wistar sauce on the table for half of it, but I ended up eating it with tonkatsu sauce. The batter was crispy and just right. The batter blended well with the pork cutlet and was easy to eat, but the rice went on too long and I ended up ordering an extra serving of rice (lol). Both the meat and the batter were delicious. At the end, they served me coffee. They also have lunch on weekdays, so if you can go on a weekday, I'd like to go there. On my second visit, I had the grated pork cutlet set meal, and the meat was just the right amount of fat and fluffy, the batter was crispy, and the grated daikon radish made it refreshing, and it was delicious. Next, I wanted to try the fried shrimp set meal. On my third visit, I ate the mixed fried set meal, and the dochira was delicious with two pieces each of fried shrimp and fillet cutlet. The fourth time was the pork sauté set meal, and the sauce was seriously delicious. You don't need cabbage or sauce, you can eat it all with just the sauce, and I think you can enjoy it twice by adding the rice at the end, leaving a little bit of it in the sauce plate, and letting the rice soak into the sauce. The 5th time was a weekday lunch set meal, and I was finally able to eat it. For my first set lunch, I ordered one fried shrimp, one croquette, and one fillet cutlet. It was a lunch that felt a little luxurious as I could enjoy each flavor.My first croquette was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, making it delicious. There is no doubt that it is seriously delicious. The store is run by a friendly couple and has good customer service, making it easy to enter.
