More Comments at Google MapToday's lunch was a miso and pork soup set at Yokoya in Gifu City. My companion changed the shrimp loin set meal to pork soup. I had a large serving of rice and cabbage, so it was a hearty and satisfying meal for the price. I don't know what pork soup is, but it feels like a good deal. Also, I wonder if the shop owner likes models? It was a feast for the eyes as there were many finished products displayed in the store.
I went to the Kano Castle ruins and wanted a castle seal, so I looked it up and found out that this store sells them, so I came to the store. It was around lunch time, so I ordered the grated fillet cutlet set meal. The staff was cheerful and helped me adjust the rice and cabbage. The fillet cutlet wasn't too heavy and I ate it in one go. The store manager gave us a Gifu Castle stamp to commemorate our visit.
I popped in at the last minute of lunch hours. I ordered a miso cutlet set meal and was told that I could have a large serving of rice or cabbage, so I went with rice. The sweet miso matched the pork cutlet and it was delicious. There was an interesting showcase near the entrance, and there was also a display of goshuin stamps, so I would have liked to see more if I had time.
