Komagane, Nagano, Japan｜Handmade Soba Nagomi

This is a restaurant near Komagane Interchange where you can enjoy soba and sauce cutlet bowl together. We took the opportunity to order a set of 100% Mori Soba and Katsudon with Mini Sauce (1,600 yen), as well as the famous horse sashimi and Soba No Mi Gohei Mochi, which we shared between the two of us. And bottled beer. The interior of the store is wide and open, and although it has a comfortable atmosphere, there are few customers. I was a little worried about the number of customers, but there was no problem with the taste. Maybe it's a delicious restaurant even though it's empty? If so, this is my favorite type of store. It was also great to eat sauce katsudon and soba noodles alternately. Gohei mochi is fluffier than I expected and is also delicious. Gohei mochi eaten in Aichi Prefecture is made from crushed rice that is shaped into a flat shape, but this one has a rounder, fluffier feel. Black sesame, dengaku miso, and walnuts are a good match. I kind of regret that I was so greedy to eat the specialty that my belly was almost at its limit (lol).

The exterior of the store's entrance had a nice atmosphere, and when you step inside, you can smell the soba noodles and have nothing but expectations. The counter seats were a little dark, but the area around the seats felt clean. I received a set of sauce cutlet bowl and 100% soba, The cutlet was thick and was exactly what I was looking for. The soba noodles are also very delicious and satisfying.

Last time I had the Komagane sauce katsudon set, and this time I had the mini tempura set. I was very satisfied with the large portion rather than the mini size. The tempura was also crispy and delicious. In addition, Nihachi's soba was also very delicious, and I was thinking of going to eat it again, but unfortunately I couldn't visit the next day because of the train schedule. It was surprisingly delicious to have soba noodles with salt, and I think it would have been more enjoyable if it was 100% as written by others. However, I personally like 28, so I'm at a loss...
