The parking lot is designated so that several cars can be parked in an open area in front of the store. When you think of Nagano, you tend to think of soba, but this restaurant specializes in udon. And pork cutlet. Even though it's an udon restaurant, 80% of the time when I come to this restaurant I end up ordering the katsudon. The meat itself is also well seasoned. I can't help but think it's a bit sad that they don't have green things like mitsuba and green peas, but this is also the style of this store. It never feels like something is missing. It's also nice to be able to enjoy standard menu items at a reasonable price during lunch time.

I visited for the first time in 10 years. It seems like it has been renovated and the inside has changed a bit, but it still has a nice and calm atmosphere. I had the pork cutlet and fried shrimp from the lunch menu, and the cutlet was crispy, the fat was just right, and it was sweet and delicious. The fried shrimp was also satisfying as the meat was packed tightly inside the batter. My partner ordered a katsudon and udon set. The katsudon was seasoned just right and had a gentle taste. The udon noodles were chewy and very delicious, and the soup stock had a strong flavor and was delicious. The staff's customer service was also very pleasant. I ordered chilled tanuki udon. It was delicious. It's delicious. I want to eat it again. Everyone, please stop by at least once. I happened to be passing by and had some food, and I was blown away by how delicious the noodles were. I will definitely stop by next time.
