I went on May 3rd around 7:30pm. Although it was Golden Week, it was not crowded and I was able to enter the store smoothly. The meal was served at just the right time and was comfortable.

I used it during lunch time. The Sangen pork loin cutlet set meal was 1,580 yen (120g). The Sangenton pork from Hirata Farm in Yamagata Prefecture was sweet and elegant. It was very delicious. When you order, a small mortar and pestle are brought out, so you rub the sesame seeds on the table and wait. Refills of rice, miso soup (pork soup), pickles, and cabbage are free. You can choose 120g, 160g, 200g, or 250g of meat.
