In the evening, we had dinner at Nakamachi, where the traditional streetscape of Gangi-dori remains intact. Umebayashi, a famous pork cutlet restaurant in Joetsu Takada, was as delicious as its reputation. Not only was it large, but it was also extremely soft and exquisite.

Visited with a friend. It's a pork cutlet shop in the back of the entertainment district that's open until late at night. There were no customers when I visited, but souvenirs such as cutlet sandwiches are popular and many people buy them on their way home after drinking. Order fillet cutlet set meal Soup and salad came first as appetizers. Is the soup consommé? It tasted a little strange. The fillet cutlet has a light coating and the meat is soft, elegant and delicious. I guess they use good quality meat for the price. I forgot my bag on the way home and had to go back to get it, but the store clerk was kind enough to keep it for me.

It's a thin pork cutlet and very delicious. The cutlet sandwich is also recommended. There is a parking lot next door. This is my second time. I stopped by before on my way home from cherry blossom viewing. Please stop by when you come to Takada.
