In both cases, the shredded soba noodles were squeezed with water and mixed with the bonito stock and were delicious. However, since I ordered a large serving of soup stock, I felt that the amount of soup stock was small. Personally, I felt that the soup stock was light, so I added the provided dashi soy sauce and it thickened, and even when I added the soba soup at the end, it tasted delicious. The chicken tempura was soft and fluffy, and the vegetable tempura was crispy and delicious. The sauce on the rice felt a little sweet, but I thought the amount of rice was just the right amount to go with the large soba noodles. My wife ordered soba soft serve ice cream as a side dish and said it was delicious. Additional note: I came to the store when it opened at 11:00 on weekdays, and by 11:30 there was a waiting time.
My family of three came from a neighboring prefecture. The menu was wide-ranging, and the soba noodles were delicious. Kakiage is crispy!
I received a large serving of herring soba. I was told that the large serving was free, but it wasn't that large. For those who want to enjoy more, we also offer special servings (additional charge of 100 yen). It's 100 percent soba, but the noodles are so thin and smooth that you can't believe it's 100 percent. It was delicious.
