A delicious pork cutlet specialty store opened across from the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel. Unlike the restaurants in Kamata (Tokyo), etc., we have a large space where multiple people can come without any hesitation. People who come to Chitose from Haneda Airport will be very surprised. I ordered the roast cutlet curry (150g), and both the cutlet and the rice were delicious. Rock salt and other items were neatly lined up on the counter, and even in Chitose, I could feel Ren's special attention to detail. Last order is at 9pm, so please be careful.

Tonkatsu Rin was recommended by a friend who lives in the Kanto region, so I went there this time after 2pm. I ordered the top loin cutlet set meal, and although the meat was thick, it was juicy and tender, and the pork fat was also very delicious. There was a lot of cabbage, so I left it behind. There were several types of salt and soy sauce on the table, and sauces were provided with the tonkatsu, so I was able to try a variety of them. It was really delicious.
