I stopped by for lunch. Since the box seats were empty, I was able to enter with a stroller! Inside the store, there are seats for 4 people, seats for 2 people, and a counter! I had the fillet cutlet set meal, which cost 1300 yen! ? The meat was plentiful, and it also came with fried eggs and obanzai. Cheap 😆! The meat is called Mairabuta, and it can only be tasted here in Sapporo! It was recommended to eat it with salt! I personally prefer sauce when eating cutlet, but when I eat it with salt, the meat becomes very sweet and it's so delicious that I ate it with salt till the end! The owner is very personable and there are probably many regular customers. It looks like you're working alone, so it might take a while if it's crowded. I want to go again!

In my personal ranking, this is one of the top three pork cutlet restaurants in Sapporo. The owner has a great personality and the customer service is pleasant. The inside of the store is very clean and calming. The texture of the pork is seriously delicious. Even the fat is delicious, or rather, the fat is delicious. It's okay even without sauce. You can use just salt. We are particular about everything from the rice to the miso soup to the small bowls. I am deeply humbled by the owner who stoically faces his pork and rice-loving pigs. I would like to go there at least once in the evening and have a drink while eating the tonkatsu here. The only regret is that there is no parking lot, but it is close to the station and in a downtown area, so it can be tolerated. If you don't like the fat in roast loin, I highly recommend giving this a try. The pork cutlet here is exceptional. Don't worry, the fillet is of course delicious.

I ordered a loin cutlet and fillet cutlet set meal. Tonkatsu eaten with salt was delicious😋 The meat is thick and the fat is delicious, and it's a waste to have it in a place like this.
