Best soba I’ve ever had, only issue is smoking in the restaurant but it’s totally worth it. We had the hot udon with tempura and chicken, and cold soba with tempura. Highly recommend it!

The customer does all the ordering and payment.I was a little confused as I don't know much about machines, but I was able to do it even though it took a while.The store was clean, and the employees were all smiling and helpful.I think they were the owners. Or? I received a humble and kind response. I ordered the octopus tempura bowl, and the amount of octopus was amazing! We had a delicious lunch.

I didn't have high expectations when I entered this restaurant for the first time, but I was disappointed in a good way❗️For lunch, I ordered a set of tempura bowl and soba noodles. Tendon alone would be 99 points. The tempura is fried so well that when you bite into it, it makes a crispy sound. The sauce on the rice bowl is served in the style that you add it yourself, and the sweet and salty taste of the sauce is exquisite. I don't know of any restaurant in Iburi that has better tempura bowl than this one. ↓ The soba noodles came out quite hard boiled. I don't care if the noodles are super thin, but since they are thick, I think they can be boiled a little more. Soba-yu is in a pot on the table. Anyway, the tempura here is exquisite. It's a store you'll want to visit again. ★Quite crowded at lunchtime. I often get a numbered ticket in advance and wait outside the store. ★Due to the structure of the store, the aisles are narrow and staff come and go, making it uncomfortable. ★Robots are a good idea. I would like them to keep the price down by reducing labor costs.
