Come to think of it, I haven't eaten miso cutlet since I came to Hokkaido. Isn't there something like Yabaton? That's why I used this store. As expected, I was able to enjoy a miso katsudon made with aged and fragrant Hatcho miso, just like in Nagoya. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I felt a Showa era atmosphere, and I was able to enjoy my meal slowly in a somewhat nostalgic atmosphere. Hatcho miso contains melanoidin, which has the effect of lowering cholesterol and preventing diabetes. It is characterized by a strong flavor despite its low salt concentration. I once heard that the secret to Tokugawa Ieyasu's longevity was that he ate pheasant meat with Hatcho miso. Without any pretense, the miso katsudon here was delicious, so if I had another chance, I would like to visit again since they also have their signature coffee.

I wanted to eat Nagoya's miso cutlet, so I went without expecting it, but I was surprised at how delicious it was. I was very satisfied because the quality was exactly the same as miso cutlet in Nagoya. I want to go again

This is a rare restaurant where you can eat delicious miso cutlet just like you would get in Aichi Prefecture. It is also a smoking-friendly store, which is valuable for smokers. Coffee is also delicious.
