A small restaurant under the Chou Line tracks. Two levels and really good food. You are offered and english menu on entry! Really good food

For the price range, it is easily one of the best spot for tonkatsu in Tokyo. I always go for their pork Roast Katsu (800 yen). There might be some queue, but it moves quite fast. The ojisan who run the place also very nice and welcoming. Please pay attention to their opening time and last order time.

Wonderful tonkatsu resturant! The owners seem a bit stern when you first arrive, but they were very welcoming and take obvious pride in their food. We were sat at the bar and given an English menu. We ordered the rose tonkatsu, which comes with a bowl of rice, shredded cabbage, pickles, and a small bowl of soup. The tonkatsu was so good - crisp and incredibly flavorful. Highly recommend and very reasonable price for the amount of food you are given!
