◆When: Weekdays and Holidays Lunch & Dinner available ◆In-store: ・Good atmosphere (children's chairs available) ・The inside of the store is not that big, there are only 6 tables and counter seats, so if it gets crowded you might have to wait quite a while. ◆Order: 【⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️】 【⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆】 ・Joshu Pork Toro Roast → A special pork cutlet that is thick but extremely soft and satisfying to eat. However, considering that the price is twice the normal price, I feel that the loin cutlet set would be delicious enough. ・Tonkatsu Chazuke → Stir-fried cabbage and pork cutlet are served on a griddle with sweet and spicy sauce. Remove the rice from the ohitsu, place the cutlet on top, and pour the kombu soup over the top. The sauce is very delicious and the stock is also delicious, so the meal progresses. Also, they use the right amount of wasabi, so it's both spicy and delicious. ・Loin cutlet hotpot meal → Pork cutlet stewed in miso and seasoned with egg. Aside from the elegant seasoning of the apricots and the umami of the meat, the dish is delicious with a strong miso flavor (in a sense, it's very flavorful). It's also nice that clay pots keep food hot for a long time. ・Apricot meal → This is a set that includes shrimp cutlet (1 piece), cutlet of the day (1 piece), and sweet and spicy burdock boiled cutlet wrapped in bean curd (3 pieces). Personally, my favorite is the cutlet wrapped in yuba (soybean curd). It's a dish that has just the flavor of the burdock root and the chewy texture of the yuba (yuba). Other cutlets are delicate and will be blown away if you add sauce to them, so lemon and salt are a good option. ・Roast cutlet and Kyoto vegetable wrapped meal → Loin cutlet and turnip cutlet. ・Rice (white rice or black rice) → You can tell that the rice is new and freshly cooked. I wonder if it's Akita Komachi...? ・Miso soup (wakame, gojiru, or pork soup) → I prefer wakame or pork soup. The wakame has a good texture, so I wonder if I added it right beforehand. That makes me feel good about it! Also, it tastes good! ・White coffee jelly → A coffee jelly that looks like almond tofu. Doesn't it have a jelly feel? Even though it's white, it tastes like coffee and gives me brain bugs. How do you make it? I hope it's not achieved through fragrance. The taste is delicious. ・Sweet potato ice cream → It's delicious, but the problem is that the ice cream melts quickly due to the heat of the sweet potato. 【⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆】 ・Hakata Ichiban-dori fried chicken → breast meat. The batter is thin, and it feels more like an elegant fried chicken than a fried chicken. Not recommended if you want to eat deep-fried chicken. ·Savory egg custard ·Melon Soda 【⭐️⭐️☆☆☆】 ・Katsu curry: The cutlet was delicious, but the curry was too mellow and not spicy for my liking at all. ・Catalana: I don't like this food itself. 【⭐️☆☆☆☆】 ◆Impressions: ・Children's set meal: Fried shrimp, rice with furikake, fries, fried eggs, fried chicken, salad, dessert (ice cream), juice, and a parade of things that kids would love. In particular, the fried shrimp was so generous that even adults would think it was huge. ・It's delicious, the service is good, and the free refills of shredded cabbage and dried kiriboshi daikon radish are also delicious! It's also nice that there are two types of sauce, sweet and dry. Also, they provided a children's menu earlier, which was very helpful!
I visited Washin Tonkatsu Anzu Musashikosugi branch in Grand Tree in Musashikosugi for lunch. I ordered the thick-sliced loin cutlet set. When you order, tea and dried daikon radish are included. Then shredded cabbage is served. Dressings include green perilla cream dressing, yuzu soy sauce dressing, and of course sauce. Tonkatsu sauce comes in sweet and dry varieties. For rice, you can choose white rice or Japanese rice. You can also choose miso soup made with ground wakame and soybeans. This time, I chose special white rice and soybean miso soup. The main dish, the thick-sliced pork cutlet, had a thin coating and was dry, and was served with the recommended salt. The meat was tender and juicy. Next time, I think I'll try the fatty black pork loin cutlet. Free refills of cabbage and rice. Kiriboshi daikon can be refilled up to once. The dried radish was also delicious. It's okay to bring children in strollers.
