More Comments at Google MapI came in for lunch on a Saturday. When I asked where to park, the store owner opened the gate with a coin from the parking lot in front of the store. The small shop, which seems to be run by an elderly couple, has a counter with 4 seats, a large table that seats 8 people in the center, and two round tables that seat 4 people in a small corner. I ordered the owner's recommended "Stacked Tempura Soba" for ¥1,300. First, soba tea and pickles. Both taste good. We also serve homemade ``soba tofu.'' This is really delicious. It has a jelly-like texture with buckwheat seeds and is slightly sweet, and goes perfectly with the wasabi served on top. In about 10 minutes, three tiers of soba and tempura were served. It seems that three tiers is the same amount as a large serving. Soba soup is slightly sweet. The fresh, hand-made soba noodles made my mouth feel full. The tempura is loaded with shrimp, butterbur sprouts, pumpkin, eggplant, green pepper, king king mushroom, enoki mushrooms, and seaweed. It was delicious with grated radish and tentsuyu. Furthermore, the stucco trowel paintings on the walls of the store are spectacular and I think it's worth seeing.
There is a volume of handmade Shinshu soba. Also, soba noodles are good, but I recommend vegetable tempura (500 yen). Sobayu is also rich and cost performance is good. In addition, there are a lot of protrusions, especially soba tofu is excellent. It takes time to come out after ordering, but it's a shop where two couples are doing, so it's better to overlook it.
Of course, soba noodles are delicious. The soba tofu that is sometimes served as a bonus is the most delicious. Assorted tempura is also good.
