I received the tempura bowl. The shrimp were big and chewy and very satisfying. The rice was also good with just the right amount of sauce. Also, the plate on which I ate the cold tofu had a design of Shirakawa Station. I thought I wanted this. However, the old-fashioned atmosphere is nice, but I wish the food samples in the show window were new.

Enjoy Shirakawa's specialty Wariko soba. Since it coincides with lunchtime, there is a steady stream of local customers who are not tourists, and this restaurant is loved by the locals, and the taste is guaranteed. It was delicious, thank you very much.

It's not a shop where people talk nonsense about soba, but it's a better soba restaurant than the usual shops run by bigoted men who talk about soba. The seafood items on the secret menu are also surprisingly delicious.
