Highly recommended. A lovely bright, modern, well-run, clean and organized Ramen restaurant. The staff are super dynamic and the chicken broth (arguably the key ingredient) is clear (not oily) with a delicious wholesale homemade taste.

Fresh, new, bright and clean ramen bar, three tipe of pasta: thin, medium and large ramen. Chashu is very good. The bowls are elegant and modern, made by ceramist Tazaki Hiroshi from Aizu. Service is good.
