I searched for soba as I planned to eat a lot for lunch and dinner on the way to Angel Forest🔍 I have no complaints about the atmosphere of the restaurant, the customer service, and the meal service times. I ordered [Tororozaru Soba]. The aroma of soba emanates from the first bite, and it tastes great! The fried buckwheat noodles on top of the grated yam are occasionally fragrant, and the refreshing taste of the wasabi hits your nose, and the synergistic effect makes it even more delicious♪ I ate it in no time and went to the soba-yu. Thick and aromatic! The soba soup was also delicious😋 It was a very good restaurant♪ I want to come again!

The soba noodles that were tightened with cold water were very delicious! At the end, I had some soba-yu and took a breather. I came in just before 12:00 on a weekday. It wasn't obvious from the outside, but you take off your shoes at the entrance and go up to the relatively high floor. When I asked if it was an old folk house with its well-polished black floors, I was told that it wasn't. The shop (soba restaurant) itself is said to be over 100 years old. It is a calm Japanese-style shop. The lady who helped me was kind and polite. thank you very much. The soba noodles were fragrant, chewy, cold and delicious. The soba soup is not very strong or salty (I like it sweet). The soba-yu was clear and smooth, probably because it had just opened, and was weak for soba-yu. But overall it was good. It was a satisfying soba dish. Thank you for the meal. After the meal, I had the soba daifuku, which was a good size and had a moderate sweetness, which was delicious.
