Oishi! The soba noodles here are light and springy accompanied with a choice of salty or sweet sauce. I also had a tendon with crab leg and it was moist coated with crispy fluffy flour. :) the location at Daimaru Tokyo station makes it a convenient pitstop enroute to the airport. Will definitely be back soon!

Daimaru store is the only place in Hokkaido where you can eat Nagasaka Sarashina. I received warm Sarashina soba noodles. The soup is refreshing and slightly thick. The set tempura bowl has a crispy batter and is delicious. I love that it has a lot of shrimp. I like the atmosphere inside the store. The color and design of the walls give you a sense of both history and modernity. The staff is also kind. It gets crowded depending on the time of day. Zaru soba comes with two types of soup. You can eat soba with your favorite flavor. This is a store that makes you want to visit.
