More Comments at Google MapI think it's reasonably priced for a weekday lunch. Also delicious. Soba-yu is also prepared properly. Buckwheat flour is heavy snow (Kamikawa town). If you eat a lot, please choose a large serving.
As expected, the soba here is of a high standard and delicious. It was also available at Stellar Place in Sapporo, but both have such elegant flavors that I'm honestly afraid to go to other stores. It's that delicious (lol). Mori soba is more than enough, but if you have a lot of stomach, tempura is also recommended.
This is a new soba restaurant located in the basement of the Shikishima Building. It used to be a different soba restaurant, but the direction is completely different. Under the fog is a soba restaurant that is also included in ESTA. I thought we were going to eat standing up, but there were chairs for all the seats. Although it is a meal ticket system, the staff will take care of serving the food for you. Ordered duck soup soba 950 yen + large size 150 yen. The dipping sauce is made with duck stock, and the soba noodles have a proper soba flavor and are delicious. I thought it would be expensive, but it was hearty and included duck meat, green onions, burdock root, mushrooms, and yuzu. It's easy to eat, but it was authentic soba.
