Try to get the white liver from Jidori chicken. Not all Jidori chickens produce white liver. I think it’s naturally occurring in less than 10% of the chickens. They run out fast so order it right away. Also try the seasonal vegetables such as raw asparagus or raw corn - they taste amazing.
