This is the best yakitori! I love coming with my friends, we always have a good time. The owners are so nice to us even though we constantly forget things in the restaurant due to too many nama lemon sours. I really like the Tsukune, uzura no tamago, ginnan and kawa(chicken skin). Prices are reasonable and you get three skewers which is more than I usually get. We LOVE yakitori TOP!

Stumbled unto it, quite a nice place. The owners were really nice and the yakitoris tasty. They were very welcoming of our 1 year old daughter by bringing a little child bowl and ustensils and giving her a treat at the end. Fair warning, the menu is entirely in Japanese.

One plate of yakitori comes in a set of three. The liver was fluffy and quite tasty. Of course the other things were delicious too. The moment I entered the store, I noticed that the area around the grill area had been thoroughly cleaned, and the stainless steel walls were sparkling clean. This is the first time I've ever been to a store that was kept so clean. Just before the end of the day (after the last order), you can see the owner carefully tidying up the grill area, and you can feel that this is a proper restaurant. The restaurant is run by a married couple and has a friendly, homely atmosphere, so you can feel at ease even on your first visit. The store seems to have been open for decades, and I had no idea there was such a good store in Tateishi. I came across a very good yakitori restaurant that is unique to the downtown area.
